  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email once the order is successfully placed.

  • International Orders: 5–13 business days
